Great food. Great service and always with a smile.

Sadly when I called to discuss a complaint (after bad experiences several times and never mentioning it) the owner would not give me the time of day. We asked for extra onions on the dogs and would be happy to pay if asked, however each time they fail to provide what would be considered a normal portion at any other restaurant. The owners attitude was absolutely terrible. Would not let me finish a sentence and told me he would give me 1 minute and he was done. That’s the reason I will not return to this establishment! In the future you should take the time to hear someone out, I never asked for anything that I wasn’t willing to pay for. Terrible leadership!

Just ate lunch there,Sandwiches Good,But we ordered 2 orders of fried mushrooms BIG MISTAKE the mushrooms were ice cold to the touch. We are taken them home and will try warming them up in the microwave. But not sure how they will be. Disappointing

I stopped in to grab a burger as I often have , just so happens I was wearing a "Trump" hat that day. From the moment that I stepped up to the counter I was treated Very Rudely by the young lady that waited on me. I was also meet with the fact by another employee that I should not be wearing the hat because people wearing any Trump apparel have been getting beat up. I expressed to the gentleman that it was no problem because I also exercise my second amendment rights. The manager was right there and witnessed all that had happened and said nothing! As I said, the girl waiting on me was visibly rude, he said nothing. As I left and thought about it, I felt taken back a bit and decided I would not let it bother me. The one thing for sure is that I will never darken the doorstep of this establishment again. I will also let as many people as possible know how things went down. This is sad, I had visited the establishment on a regular basis. Not any more!!

Loved it. Food was amazing and well priced. Fast service. We got cheeseburgers fries chili cheese fries grilled cheese icecream and the rootbeer float and have 0 complaints.

I used to go here when I was a kid, love this place. Love the Spanish Dogs and cheese fries and Root Beer! I always stop here when I go back home to Troy to visit.

The food was good, and the service was great. I had two Spanish dogs and a root beer. The root beer doesn't seem as carbonated as a can of pop but was still delicious.

This is a throwback to my younger years. I got the double cheeseburger which was absolutely huge! One of the best burgers I have ever had. They make a great chocolate shake too. Car hops were really nice, service was fast. Can't think of anything else you could need.

Great place to stop for lunch. Will serve you at your car or you can eat inside/outside. Great food. Amazing milkshakes and root beer

One of the best places for Root Beer and their specialized chili dogs. Had been years since I had been here and food was as great as I remembered. Friendly staff, great place to stop and enjoy a meal.

Absolutely delicious. Everything we had was great, we shared a burger, Spanish dog, corn dog and chili cheese fries to try quite a few things and everything was awesome! The chili is a bit sweet, and the corn dog was a bit chewy but I like it that way. The burgers are huge and delicious! Highly recommend you give it a try. Great prices too!

On a cold miserable stormy day - nothing better than our server braving the elements to bring us our home town favorites!

Service was good during the epidemic. We came in on a rainy day, and the servers were geared appropriately. No fault to the speed because of the smaller crew. Food was not great. Fries were soggy, the cheese was maybe reconstituted knock off "Kraft Mac n cheese" powered stuff made with water. The fried mushrooms were like water bombs. There is a good variety of sodas. Most likely will not visit again.

I REALLY WANT TO LIKE THIS PLACE, But I have to give it the lowest possible rating. Without going into a huge long storey, suffice it to say that the service is absolutely horrible. Last time I went to pick up a small order once and had to go back 3 TIMES till they got it rite. That seems to be about the norm for them. I understand that service is going to suffer some because they employ a bunch of kids, And I like the idea of giving those kids some work Exp, but I do not have the time or patience to personally put up with it. Too bad too, the place really had some potential.

Excellent place. The formula hasnt changed since I was a kid a billion years ago. Fried mushrooms are great, spanish dogs are great. Corn dog is huge. Ice cream is good too.Someone said it was dated. ...........its decorated to be dated, that's the point.

Great burger. Spanish dog (coney dog) was barely warm without much sauce and sauce felt more like sloppy joe. Some things are great here but some are hit and miss.Updating to 4 stars for good service after mentioning the issue to the store.

First time I have had their hamburger, and they are just as good as their hot dogs.

Haven't been in years was one of my go to places when in Ohio. Lacked customer service and we were the only customers. We seemed to have annoyed the 3 who were sitting and had to get up to assist us.Still love that Chili!
